Julia (Juls) Snowden is an expert facilitator and coach. Over the past 17 years, she has worked with more than 3,500 executives, directors, managers and technical leads at companies such as: Charles Schwab, Kensington Technology Group, Interior Architecture, Mountain Hardwear, Pacific Bell, and Scios. Juls’ experience encompasses small- to medium-size enterprises and large multinational corporations.
At Schwab, Juls has been the lead facilitator for a highly experiential, five-month Technical Mentoring Program, which Schwab’s CIO declared the best development program he has ever seen. The program dramatically increases the effectiveness of key technical leads, challenging them to take risks and execute a vision for themselves and their team.
From her work with Schwab, Juls created the innovative development tool, Shiftpoint, which:

Juls has lived and worked in London and Tokyo and has traveled extensively, completing three trips around the world while visiting over 80 countries. She has a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University and a teaching credential in Social Science. Her certifications include:
